Hi,
So i have phpmyadmin 3.5.8 on my server. i understand that phpmyadmin is a webapp not under directadmin but i exhausted all efforts in trying to fix it.
It all happened when users started telling me they couldnt logout, couldnt import sql and/or execute sql commands in phpmyadmin.
The errors ranges from session issues to import errors.
I saw that my phpmyadmin is pretty outdated and started to try to update it.
Using custombuild1.2, i set phpmyadmin to ver 4 and did a ./build phpmyadmin
no matter how many times i try to play with the options.conf, i always get the following
phpMyAdmin 3.5.8.2-all-languages installation is done.
So i thought ok, maybe i should take this opportunity to get to custombuild2.0 and see if this helps.
That is when everything started to break, apache wouldnt start and i started to have too many errors to fix. Going into a downtime of about 5 hours, i decided that i should switch back so i went back to custombuild1.2
I decided to attempt to install phpmyadmin manually by downloading phpmyadmin4.0 (not the latest as i am not running mysql5.5 and php5.5)
and ran into somemore issues such as unable to login although i can see the phpmyadmin login page. Nothing seemed to show up in my error_log so i couldnt move further. End of the day, i am back at 3.5.8 and at a loss.
If anyone could help me settle this issue, i can give remote access and a small fee for the effort.
Many thanks.
