I was curious as to if any of this message rings a bell with anybody? Maybee RAM?

At 1:25am last night I received this message and our server locked up:

Please help!
Thank you for reading.

If you're using a stock kernel intalled when the OS was installed, or an automated update thereof, then most likely the problem is a hardware issue, very likely bad memory.

Thank you both for the prompt replys.

Around the time that I posted this question I replaced the RAM and it has been running fine since. I will know for sure as time passes.
