Domains with a working LE-cert don't seem to have the cert applied to ProFTPd it seems.
Anyone else have this issue?

Whenever I connect with FTP w/TLS/SSL to a LE-certified domain, the FTP-client can't verify the domain.
Upon checking the cert, I noticed the hostname cert is always shown, and not the domain certificate.

Hello,

As for now Directadmin installs certs whether or not it is issued by Let's Encrypt only into a web-server, i.e. Nginx, Apache. Only a cert for hostname is installed into other services including Directamin, POP/IMAP/SMTP, FTP.

If you need other behavior currently it can be achieved only through manual customization.
