License limits exceeded

Hi. I am new to directmin.
I have changed several servers that I had with Cpanel.
In one I have a single domain, that when making the transfer I create a user for that domain.
Now I have 2 users, and 1 domain only, I can't work.
License limits exceeded 2 users, admin and domain user. 1 domain.
What can I do to correct it?

Sounds like you have personal license. Which is only one account and 10 domains. The admin user is the one user. So don’t add a user. Just put the domain under admin
 
It's frustrating. I have wasted many days and cannot make this work. I have only 1 domain and I cannot publish it.
I think I will go back to cpanel.
There is not enough documentation for this.
I have a personal license.

If you go back. Plesk is cheaper than cpanel. Better documentation as well than both.

Which is documented with the product. Only 1 acount and 1 domains. Seems clear enough to me.
Support on the forums, seems clear enough to me too.

When trying to create more accounts, it's logical that you get error notices.
You could have spared some time and money when you had a look around first. It's mentioned often enough, sorry about that.

This is a rather new product, something cPanel or Plesk don't even have for this little money, and indeed not yet a lot of documentation.

Correct, you have to remove that user first. Only use admin. There are some threads about it with the same issue.
It should work then. But only with user admin as only existing user.
