License provided by hosting company

I have a dedicated server with Webnx hosting which comes with a free direct admin license. I am getting a server admin company to install direct admin for me and they want the direct admin licence key which the hosting company gave me which is 5 numbers and set to my ip address and operating system and version number. However they have advised that:
"License system changed. We need a license key"

What do I do now about a license key?

Webnx hosting provided you with the License ID, which differs from the License Key. They should be able to generate a license key for you as well, so best to contact their support.
