Limitation to Resellers Theme Evolution

I would like to know if there is any option to prevent the resellers from modifying the panel logo?

I also want to know if it is possible that if I implement any change is logo or colors in the evolution theme this applies to all users including resellers?

Yes, it is all available in “Customize Evolution Skin” section.

But where can I do that? I basically want the logo I create to appear on all users including resellers and they can't modify it, but I don't see any option to configure that.

As admin, in "Customize Evolution Skin" on the Reseller tab you can disable the "Customize Evolution Skin" access for resellers.
There is also "Forbid users changing the skin layout on user level" in Misc. Options if that helps.
