Linking domain to folder in another domain

Hi,

I want to have 1 domain name (example.com) and then have many customers domain names forwarding to example.com/customer.

I know its possible to link the customers domain name directly to example.com using the domain pointers, but I want them to link to a folder in example.com not to the root of the domain.

I thought I managed to do it with DA a year or so ago, however I cant work it out now - can anyone help ?

I have worked out that I can use the "site re-direction" feature - however I dont want people to see the horrible url - just their nice one.

Surley this is something quite simple to do as all directadmin would need to do is use a current directory on the server (that I choose), instead of creating a new directory when adding a domain.
