Im having an issue with my mail server.
I have several accounts on a shared ip we will call those "A".
I have one other account on there own ip, we will call them "B".
when somebody from "A" attempts to email a user on "B" they are getting a return email stating:
----- Transcript of session follows ----- ... while talking to mx.elsleasing.com.:
>>> DATA
<<< 550 mailinc28: Host 207.115.20.39: No relaying permitted to elsleasing.com 550 5.1.1 <[email protected]>... User unknown <<< 503 valid RCPT command must precede DATA
I also notice that when I go to dnsreport.com for domains on "A" it comes through fine, the mail part.
Although when I do a dnsreport.com on domain "B" elsleasing.com I am getting an error stating:
WARN Mail server host name in greeting WARNING: One or more of your mailservers is claiming to be a host other than what it really is (the SMTP greeting should be a 3-digit code, followed by a space or a dash, then the host name). If your mailserver sends out E-mail using this domain in its EHLO or HELO, your E-mail might get blocked by anti-spam software. This is also a technical violation of RFC821 4.3 (and RFC2821 4.3.1). Note that the hostname given in the SMTP greeting should have an A record pointing back to the same server. Note that this one test may use a cached DNS record.
mail.elsleasing.com claims to be host host.balestekhosting.com [but that host is at 71.150.76.34 (may be cached), not 71.150.76.36].
Please help?
Thank you
