You have something set to discard the email. Thats why it says :blackhole:

scsi what do you mean by discard the email ?

the example is posted is the email thats being send
when i add a new domain to directadmin and thats the welcome message
and that never reach the given email adress [email protected] -< example name

also other emails never go out ?

Well if you cant send out any email at all then something is messed up with your exim and you probably should repair it.

Code:
http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=51

If you have trouble just to one email address then you need to find out what is wrong. If is a problem with the mx record or what the actual error is. Posting a fake email [email protected] is not going to help us diagnose to problem any faster though.

I Have the Same, All Email cannot deliver... the message returned looks like this:

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

[email protected]
Unrouteable address

What is in your /etc/resolv.conf file? The nameservers listed there are probably not working and that is why you get "Unrouteable address"
