Moving a Reseller between Servers

I have two DirectAdmin VPSes on a single dedicated server running OpenVz/SolusVm. Is it possible to move a reseller from DA Server #2, onto DA Server #1 and retain the reseller's IPs? (even if it means having to change the reseller's primary IP, then removing and re-adding the IPs to DA#1 and changing each user account under to the original IPs re-added)

I've done Cpanel/Whm transfers before, but never done a DA-to-DA transfer.

Treat the two VPS instances as if they're two separate servers.

Use the admin-level reseller backup on the first machine, restore it on the second.

You'll have to delete the IP# from the first vps before you can restore it to the second.

I have a problem. I've done this and it worked but it imported them into my admin account. I've used DirectAdmin's Move Users between Resellers and now if I check the reseller's user list, the list itself is empty. If I check admin's show all users I can see them (owner: correct reseller).

What can be done here?
