Moving primary reseller domain to another user?

Hi,

One of you customers has requested that we transfer his domain to another user.

Our customer is a reseller and the domain he wants to transfer is his (the primary domain for reseller account). He wants to transfer the domain to another user on our server which is in a different reseller account. He then wants to make another domain is his reseller account his primary domain

How do I do this? We use the JTBox plug-in to do transfers however, because this is his primary domain what affect will this affect on his account

You should probably ask the support folk for JTBox if it'll handle the transfer properly.

Or else create a dummy reseller and some accounts, and try it.
