10/10 is no guarantee for coming out of spam , possible reasons:
1. Your domain or IP is too new so big providers put you in some kind of greylist to see what you are doing (building rep.)
2. Try to make your DMARC strict, as it is now DMARC has no use : "v=DMARC1;p=none;"
3. participate with postmaster tools from Microsoft and Gmail

making a new thread about the same problem, only adds more confusion and people helping might not see what others suggest, which can cause even new issues.
So please, keep that issue in the other thread as it's the same domain/server as far as I can see.
