Anyone else having issues after upgrading?

I've seen at least 3 servers go nuts since being upgraded..one had all kinds of issues just applying the RPM.

phpmyadmin stops working, scripts stopped working, seen .myi files go awol, etc.

Anyone?

My scripts just download RPM and stop MySQL then run RPM
Work fine with several server.

Interesting. On the mySQL site they're only showing versions for FreeBSD 6.0 past the version I'm already using. Does anyone know if the 6.0 will work on 5.x?
