Need email boxes that also forward

Hello,

Any way to setup email boxes in DA that also forward a copy of the incoming email to external addresses?

Company has a few sales people that like the functionality of being able to have their mail in office and have all email backed up to gmail for purpetual viewing.

I think it's possible I'm not absolutely sure how though. I have a faint recollection of a similar thread with a solution, but I'm not 100% positive on that.
Any luck when you searched?

My recollection is that domain-based mailboxes work that way by default; if you set up a forward, they forward, and if you set up a mailbox they get delivered to the mailbox.

If you set up both, you get both delivery to the mailbox and the forward.

But that doesn't work for linux-user based mailboxes (the ones set up by default one per domain, which don't require the @example.com extension on the login).
