Need help, everytime i try to sign into my squirrel mail it says there is an error with the server anyone know how to fix this

It would be a great idea to give more information- like the actual error itself...

it say error connecting to IMAP server local host 111 connection refused

when i try to log in

Check to see that IMAP is running on the server.
Check your firewall to see if it allows incomming IMAP connections.

If you're the server administrator - you should be able to do this...

If you're a user, you should contact your server administrator - ie webhost - they'll be able to help you.
