i only have 15 accounts on my old server that i want ot move to the new

Can i just ftp all the backups from one resellers user_backups to the new reseller user_backups? and the restore them

Th eonly thing i would have to change is nameservers then?

You need to chnage anything which is specific to that server.... IP addresses in DNS records and bound to the server being the 2 important.

As a note I strongly advise you to transfer a test domain before moving all or any production sites to ensure the new system is going ok
