Newbie question on domains...

Sorry if this is too basic for here, and maybe there is a link to the answer somewhere. Except, I couldnt find it. Help appreciated.
I have a hosting account on one domain name, say: www.oldURL.nl. I bought a new domain name, say www.newURL.nl. Now I want users to use newURL.nl and see the same contents I had already on oldURL.nl. I do not want newURL to redirect to oldURL, because then the oldURL would still be visible in the address bar after redirection.
Can I achieve this with adding another Domain in Domain Setup? How? Just add the new domain and then move all the content directories and files from old to new?

Yes you can do it that way. It's the best way to do it imho.
After that, you could make a redirect from oldurl.nl to newurl.nl so users still visiting oldurl.nl will be redirected to the new domain too.
