You should consider using DirectAdmins own nginx implementation. Update it trough custombuild https://docs.directadmin.com/webservices/nginx/general.html

Sorry I will need more help than that, where do I put the configuration for one domain? As I tried through Custom HTTPD Configurations but I could not get it to work.

I recommend using the "custom httpd configuration" in the Admin level: DirectAdmin admin page -> Custom HTTPD configuration -> find a domain -> nginx.conf , click CUSTOMIZE and in the CUSTOM AREA tabs, enter the required configuration and reload nginx.

I also reccommend verify what do you need to add on custom3, you don't need to add the full code.




This is helpully because if you do any update or change, your configuration won´t be affected.
