no homepage

Hi

I'm having trouble accessing my website.

I uploaded my files to the public_html folder using fetch ftp. All my files have appeared in the folder, including the index.html (which can be seen from hostlogical), however the home-page doesn't appear.

Have I uploaded the site correctly??

We have no way to tell if you've uploaded your files correctly.

If you can see your site using the ~username method, but not lookup up the domain, then the site is probably uploaded correctly but you're waiting for DNS to propagate.
