Our website was moved to DirectAdmin and it's not showing in DirectAdmin panel and the website is off but when we try to create a new user it shows that the domain name for the website already exist. Any please pls

Hard to tell with the info you provided.

- Was the data (files, folders, database) moved to your Directadmin server? Are you able to locate them under /home/...?
- If you search for the domain in Directadmin, does it not show up, either as domain or as domain pointer?
- If the domain does not show up but you cannot create it, check under DNS Administration if a DNS zone for the domain was created on the Directadmin server. This would explain the message about the domain already existing on the server.

Hmm well it's hard to say. Another possibility would be if you use secondary DNS via the Multi Server Setup option, but it's difficult to troubleshoot with so little information.

- Are you able to locate the domain anywhere on your server, i.e. if you install the locate package and run

Code:
updatedb; locate $yourdomain

- do you see your domain listed in:

/etc/bind
/etc/virtual
/etc/virtual/domains
