when i want to backup all files of DA, i go the DA panel -> admin backup/transfer
i select by ftp for the transfer, but i get a error message:
Subject: An error occurred during the backup. 09/09/2009
User admin has been backed up.
ncftpput /home/tmp/admin/admin.root.admin.tar.gz: server said: admin.root.admin.tar.gz: Permission denied
How can set the permission please for the future backup ?
