Thanks, upgraded using Custombuild and removed the "quick fix" php.ini line.

Really a n00b question here but it won't update here?

I tried:

./build update_data
./build versions
./build update_versions

but it still shows me PHP 5.2.6 instead of 5.2.8. What am I doing wrong

edit: allright...got it working.. needed to run ./build update first

it was a line that had to be manually added to php.ini after updating to 5.2.7,

It forced me to upgrade to Apache 2?

Then php didnt compile at first, had to re-install 'iconv' first.

./configure --with-apxs=/usr/sbin/apxs --and-other-compile-options

All I need is to upgrade to MySQL 5........ but I'm dubious incase it balls up

Why do you need that? Change 5.2.8 to 5.2.6 in versions.txt and run "./build php n".

For as I wrote in another topic Roundcube ceased to operate. I have also problems with the parties. Everywhere for links to the slash ( "\ \") and strange things happen. I thought it was the magic quotes but nothing has changed

./build php n
