PHP Settings page settings in dropdown

Can we configure the standard values for the dropdowns on the PHP Settings page? For example the post_max_size now only goes to 128M while upload_max_filezise goes to 1GB.

try put " php_settings.json " to custom/
and change some value then restart DA check it now.
