The changelog you have copied/pasted is not the changelog for 3.4.7.1, but it is the changelog from previous version 3.4.7.0. Here is the changelog for phpMyAdmin 3.4.7.1: http://demo.phpmyadmin.net/master-config/changelog.php#3_4_7_1
