Please contact your hosting provider to make the below changes to get it working properly.

1.Upgrade your PHP to PHP 7+
2.file_get_contents functions are enabled in PHP.ini.
3.curl_exce functions are enabled in PHP.ini.
4.change allow_url_fopen=0 to allow_url_fopen=1 PHP.ini
5.Please increase the upload_max_filesize to 128M

Once this setting are on everything will working fine.
