Primary Account Receiving Email?

Am I doing something wrong?

1: I log in to DA as admin
2: I create a reseller, and give them an email address: [email protected] (where domain.com is the domain name this reseller owns)

The system seems to show that I have a mailbox for [email protected], yet mail cannot be delivered to them. And if I try to set a catch-all mailbox for this user, DA will allow me to do it, but the mail is refused.

Am I missing some steps?
