Problem with sub domain of reseller

Hello,

I have a reseller account he have a user
reseller test.com and the user: user.test.com

But when the user go to DNS magnement:
Cannot View Dns Record
Details
Error Reading db file

Also e-mail accounts not works.

named_checkzone=0
check_subdomain_owner=0 (also i have restart directadmin)

I hope someone know the problem.

Not sure what you mean. A subdomain doesn't have it's own email accounts or DNS zone file unless it's created as if it were a main domain.

More details please.
