Problems with DAPlugin!

Just purchased the IP Manager off of DA Plugin.

DOES NOT WORK!!

Submitted a support ticket more than 24hrs ago, still no answer.

Anyone else having problem with DAplugin scripts??

Purchased script and works great.

"I" needed to install specific software to my server..

I replied to your ticket 4 hours after it was opened.
Please check before complain.

There might be some other reasons with your Apache settings so the plugin doesnt work. eg AllowOverride
You just claimed "THE PLUGIn SUCKS AND WONT WORK" and no one could help you.

Now it's writing it to the .htaccess without any problem and "should" work, but it doesn't?

Both Deny IP and anti-Hotlink writes to the .htaccess under the correct domain. However when I login as root the package was installed here /usr/local/directadmin/plugins/IDM/include

sooooo?? :confused: :(

You are denying xx.xx, and then allow all. So the order should be "Allow, Deny"

And GD seems not to be installed on your server, so watermark wont work.

Call to undefined function: imagettfbbox

imagettfbbox is a PHP built in function: http://hk.php.net/manual/hk/function.imagettfbbox.php


The plugin is installed in /usr/local/directadmin/plugins/IDM and there is one more little script installed in /var/www/html/daplugin
The plugin only provides an interface for you to generate .htaccess automatically. And then everything is handled by apache. I dont understand what you are worrying about where the plugin is installed.


Please reply in the ticket as this is not our support forum.
 
Allow, Deny was correct.

For some reason though when I used your script other .htaccess commands such as Mod Rewrite failed to work on the site.

GD is installed on the server. I needed it working for other sites currently using it. :confused:

Anyhow, I will just take a refund at this point. Please. Thank you.

You script has been removed from my server thanks.

I installed the "server" software you told me too.

Re-purchased the software and it works just fine. Will be adding this to several other servers soon.

..and I do appoligize for being so impatient about a reply. GMAIL may have tossed your reply into the Spam box by mistake.

Glad to know you have re-purchased our product. I shoud have put Freetype on the requirement list.
