Redirected too many times LOOP multiple times

Don't know what is going but for some minutes site is working fine and then getting redirected too many times and then again back to normal for some time and then again redirected too many times.

Domain is routed via cloudflare, vps is from digitalocean and obviously directadmin is the panel.

I've copied all the DNS records from dns management in DA to cloudflare but have kept TTL values to Auto at CF. Is that causing problem?
