When you create a backup on a remote FTP gives an error
Could not connect to 177. ***. ***. ** - Try again later: Connection timed out.
ncftpls: cannot open 177. ***. ***. **: could not connect to remote host, but can try again.
/ usr / bin / ncftpls returned error code 1
FTP information invalid.

with the same parameters to ftp connect normally through Total Commanderie. 21 port was operating normally
Help me understand what the problem is and how to solve it?

It means it cannot connect to your ftp server. Check your firewall and make sure the ftp server really works.

hoster checked and said everything is fine with the firewall

Try manually connecting through ftp from the server, using the same credentials. Search the /var/log/messages file for login problems.

If I recall correctly, DirectAdmin uses NCFTP. Have you tried it from your DirectAdmin command line? If so, does it work? Or do you get an error?
