Hi all,
Anyone ever encountered this?
1. I created a backup from a directory containing this file:
[root@vps3 public_html]# file -bi index.php
text/html
2. When restored on a different server this is the encoding:
[root@vps1 public_html]# file -bi index.php
text/html; charset=iso-8859-1
Default system locale is in UTF-8.
Is this some sort of backup restore functionality that converts files into iso-8859-1?
I have no clue howto proceed to fix this so any insights would be greatly appreciated!
Best regards,
Armand
