Hello

All Scheduled admin_backups used to be working properly until April 7,2023. There is no noticed ticket in the DA's Log. Nothing chnage to backup schedule.

Please advise how to resove this serious problem.

Thanks & Best Regards

Hi

More info: it has problem with both local and ftp schedule backups.

It's enable as usual!

systemctl status crond
● crond.service - Command Scheduler
Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/crond.service; enabled; vendor preset: enabled)

if it serious case, please create support ticket.

Also please post some important information that we can help you in correct direction.

-DA version
-OS version

I have the same issue after the most recent update. All backups stopped working.

Cron is running. Nothing in logs.

All schedules are showing up just fine here.

No errors in messages. Actually nothing in messages since 4/30. :(

Seeing advice - quick.

This is happening across 6 servers all with the same config. Latest version of DA and Custombuild.

OS: 3.10.0-1127.19.1.el7.x86_64

Thanks,
John

Seems only automatic admin backups then. I've got admin access, but I've got reseller backups running automatically via cron.
Nothing changed there, they are still running, just doublechecked.

Yep same here, reseller backups seems not be affective.
Same advice for @jkirker :
Try to remove and add the cron tasks to be sure
