Scheduled admin backups not running (not running when initiating manually either)

Hi,

As of 2 days ago, my scheduled admin backups are not running. There is an entry in the cron log but no messages to give an error or to say the backup was successful.

when I run it manually, i get a file lock error
Error locking the User '[user redacted]' actions lock file due to existing lock created on May 31 09:26. Some other process may be doing work on this account.

Can anyone shed some light? I can't run any backups atm!

try to modify account settings, and save.
Or check /usr/local/directadmin/data/ for task files
Or check /usr/local/directadmin/data/USERNAME/ for lock/tmp files
maybe you will find PID and check/kill it

Thanks for your reply, apologies for the delay

There was a lock and directadmin support removed the lock and disabled it as it wasn't really necessary as on my server there aren't many users.
