Sended Mail is getting in spam!

Hi folks and Directadmin.


I have a question why is my mail getting in spam folders? i have everything working fine but if i sent it to hotmail or gmail it gets in spam folder.

I would first fix this so your root mails will get out:

Do you have an A record set for your full hostname?
And is that hostname present as directory in /etc/virtual and I mean the full hostname, the domain name should be in there too.
 
The never-users list prevents mails from being delivered to root, not from root.

Correct, although strangely enough they still seem to be deliverd and stored. I had this problem too and when I changed the settings, the "User 0 set for local_delivery transport is on the never_users list" errors were gone and suddenly I received all email's send by the firewall to root before. So I guess they are stored somewhere, or were being kept in the mailqueue.

Anyway, many system messages are send to root, so the settings should be like I stated anyway if I'm correct.
Then all those error lines about "User 0 set for local_delivery transport is on the never_users list" are gone and he as at least that part fixed.
