Several email are not deleted by spamassassin

Since a few days, I receive a few spam mails per day. The mails are marked as spam, but are not deleted by Spamassassin as they should.

The exim log show this:

It is strange that the from part is empty, however my email client shows a from email adress.

Other spam messages are deleted. Any idea how to solve this?
 
I have the same issue for last 2 days. Spam emails (from one spammer only) marked as spam by spamassassin but not deleted.

I suggest this is not spamassassin issue, this is exim issue.
(Exim 4.77
Spamassassin 3.3.2
 
Same problem for 2 days now. Spam detected but not deleted nor redirected

Does someone know where the config "Where do you want the spam to go?" is stored ?
