SFTP : I can't get it to work

1st : I install on my server, with this link https://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=439
2nd : I check file /etc/proftpd.sftp.conf and it shows the port 23

I try to connect with Filezilla, but, I've an error.

Statut :    Connexion à myhost.xyz:23...
Réponse :    fzSftp started, protocol_version=9
Commande :    open "[email protected]" 23
Erreur :    FATAL ERROR: Remote side unexpectedly closed network connection
Erreur :    Impossible d'établir une connexion au serveur

Port 23 is open in CSF : TCP_IN and TCP_OUT

So, how to solve my problem, and connect with SFTP ?
User has ssh rights.

But I do not see real difference with the howto 439 of directadmin.

I see you replace ftp by sftp.
Howto add sftp to ftp (I need the 2 methods)

So, I always search for help.
(I do not try your method, because all is not absolutly clear in it for me)
