Should I buy a extra IP address?

As I knew then I need to buy an extra IP address to create
Ns1.mydomain.com
Ns2.mydomain.com

and how to add it in my VPS control panel or directadmin works?

You should buy an extra IP from your hosting company and check their documentation how to add it to your VPS.

If I only use 1 IP address for my Ns1, Ns2 then I can have any problems from that?

That depends on your domain registrar and your TLD. Some of them does not allow to use single IP for both NS servers. So please check with them.

And you should of course consider that it is recommended to have NS on different servers, in different subnets even.
