SMTP authenticating with user#domain.com

How could i do DA to authenticate outgoing emails thru SMTP in a format
user#domain.com in addittion to [email protected] ?

Any idea ?

I guess that exim already have that feature.
Another question how can we do to authenticate pop3 (dovecot) with user#domain.com

Auth # On Smtp

As per DA indications , we're working over exim.pl to add translation of # to @ prior to authenticate.
I´ll tell you about results......
