Hello,

One of our servers with DAPanel is showing an error while sending an email.
I have tried rebuilding Roundcube, dovecot, Exim but failed to resolve the error.

The screenshot is attached.

Exim but failed to resolve the error.
Can you check the exim log to see if there is any addition to the error?

You can also try
SMTP_ALLOWLOCAL = "1"
in csf.conf and restart csf and lfd and see if that helps.

If it's only Gmail which you can't connect to and you can connect to other mailservers, then it's another issue.

Hello,

CSF is already disabled.

That is nice but please don't quote full posts. That keeps things more clear. I know what I have written anyway. ;)

So if you do a:
iptables -L
you only get 3 groups with all 3 only ACCEPT in it?

You didn't answer my question if you checked the logs to see if there is an addition to the error.
And my question if this is only happening with mail to gmail.

Hello,

Thank you, Richard, for your support.

I figured out that the issue was from imunify360, and when I disabled it, I was able to send emails.
Also, later I got to know from the imunify360 team that some configuration called "Allow local" needs to be checked, and it was unchecked in my case.

Thank you, everyone, for the support.
