space over-usage but no alert

I have one account using up to 6.5GB space while the limitation is 6GB. Running tally shows all correct numbers, but no alert.
Any setting which I am missing please?

Hello,

- user_warning_thresh_disk variable for disk usage warning

Check mail logs and make sure directadmin did not sent warnings.
