As title says, this is the source code:

Code:
Content analysis details: (6.9 points, 5.0 required)
  pts rule name description
 ---- ---------------------- --------------------------------------------------
-0.0 SPF_PASS SPF: sender matches SPF record
  2.0 PDS_OTHER_BAD_TLD Untrustworthy TLDs
                             [URI: domainnamehere.top (top)]

5.0 KAM_SOMETLD_ARE_BAD_TLD .stream, .trade, .pw, .top, .press,
.guru, .casa & .date TLD Abuse

It seems very wrong to give score of 7 just because body of the mail contains mention of the phrase "something.top", i am guessing that score of 2.0 for a PDS_OTHER_BAD would be ok, but that score 5 adds too much points. Where can i report this so SpamAssasin devs read it please or what do you suggest?

The KAM ruleset is an additional set of rules for spamassassin, so you'd need to contact them to report any bugs or errors. The McGrail Foundation: https://mcgrail.com/template/projects#KAM1

Their rules are usually well founded though. You could also add some custom rules of your own to take down the score if you want to. Check the Spamassassin documentation for how to do this.
