SpamAssassin 3.4.3 has been released with an important security fix:

Details on the issue have not been disclosed, but it mentions the bug can cause higher than usual load averages.
Everyone is encouraged to update to 3.4.3.
The files is on files1, files.da, files-lt, files-fr, files-de, and files2. Other mirrors may take up to 24 hours to get the change.
