I have problem with that SpamAssassin stop scanning some vitual domain.
I think it was after upgrade to Exim 4.68 SpamAssasin just scan main domain.
When I select "View Full Header" in Squirrelmail, it looks as:
Received: from domain.com ([00.00.00.00] helo=vps1.server.com)
by vps1.server.com with esmtp (Exim 4.68)
(envelope-from <[email protected]>)
id 1IXKXu-0001Sr-A9
for [email protected]; Mon, 17 Sep 2007 17:38:06 +0000

I'm missing:
Received: from mail by vps1.server.com with spam-scanned (Exim 4.68)
and:
X-Spam-Checker-Version: SpamAssassin 3.2.3 (2007-08-08) on vps1.server.com
X-Spam-Level:
X-Spam-Status: No, score=-97.1 required=5.0 tests=TVD_SPACE_RATIO,
USER_IN_WHITELIST autolearn=no version=3.2.3
I have reinstall EXIM 4.68 and SpamAssassin 3.2.3
Even the exim.conf and exim.pl are new.
Pls, I not the Linux expert, I hope that some one can help me.
Now all user received a lot of spam.

Update:
I have cheeked some mail account that I had access to.
On some mailaccount/domain, I have the header marked "spam-scanned (Exim 4.68)"... but not at all domain.
No difference if I create a new account an domain that the spam-scann dosn't work,
It will not work at the new mail account.
