SpamBlocker 3.2.5-RC now ready for testing

Wow. I guess somebody like yourself really needs Spamblocker.

I have been using the internet for 15 years and never could understand what the big deal was about spam. Even now yesterday 147 spams were blocked out of a total of 296 sent to me including server message I receive.

If I do not check my email for 24 hours (which has only happened 2 times) it takes me about a minute to delete all my spam.

It makes me wonder what I am doing different than most people.

I also use the nolisting trick in the dns. Maybe that is helping more than I think.

Oh yeah I stopped doing the catch-all years ago even before DirectAdmin. Talk about a spam magnet.

Hello
Im testing the configuration files, all seams to be working atm.

I ugraded one server to this version because the server keep getting listed at http://www.backscatterer.org/

Btw, does anyone else have problems with them ?
This IP got blocked again (first time whas because i did not set a correct server name).

The test : http://www.backscatterer.org/?ip=91.121.220.141

Edit : i cant seam to get the smtp to work from external client (like outlook)

Thx,

Sky

Make sure you have the authentication set up for SMTP and the outgoing port set to 587.

Hi,

I've a problem with a mail which has never been filtered by spamassassin. It always has the subject that saying my mailbox settings have changed and never been scanned for spam. It's also a virus included in attachement. I've looked at the accept ACL and couldn't find anything to help. What do you think about the cause of this?
