SSL pointing to default Document Root instead of /home/domain

Dear,
I have a problem with SSL on Centos Directadmin server.

I bought a SSL from comodo and install it ok via Directadmin Panel.

But when i point to my domain : https://example.com is show a index.html from /var/www/html as default.

How can i change the document root of SSL due to i see 4 files in /etc/httpd/conf/extra have this section .

directadmin-vhosts.conf
httpd-ssl.conf
httpd-vhosts.conf
httpd.conf
Please tell me some advise.

After change in httpd-ssl.conf i got "output(); }" when browsing https://exambles.com
