Starting from scratch

I just got my hosting account but don't know where to start...very green.
I have a parked domain called Proventrack.com that I want hosted here. I know I have to change the Dns address at my registrar; but what I am not sure of is how to prepare my control panel. Do I create a new folder? where to create it? etc. I eventually want proventrak.com to be my main website to host my $2empire kit.

I would really appreciate some instructions
on how to get started.

Directadmin is a control panel for servers, not a help forum for your hosting provider. If you need help with directadmin go to http://www.site-helper.com/ or ask your hosting provider directly.

Also: NEVER EVER WRITE IN THE WRONG FORUM/CATEGORY! You will reduce your chances for a usable answer.

Oh, about your problem: this does your hosting provider, just tell him your domain name and that's it.
