subdomain.domain.com> point to www.domain.com / folder ?

Well the title says it all... it seems to simple but i really have no idee?

test.domain.com> point to www.domain.com/test

Should i do this with the DNS, and a CNAME.. or how is this done?

To make it more clear.. i just want to point monkey.domain.com to domain.com/monkey
What is the best way?
But what if somebody types: www.monkey.domain.com that could be trouble right?

Create a subdomain.. it create subdomain.domain.com AND domain.com/subdomain
