Support response times?

Hi All,

We have a lifetime license that his been installed on the same server for months, if not years, which DirectAdmin licensing is refusing to issue. The license is valid but the 'Updates Until' that is now in the past. We have encountered this issue before with other installs and support quickly fixed the issue. We opened a ticket about 18 hours ago but have not received a response. What response times are people encountering?
 
Depends a bit on how busy it is. Ticket responses can vary anywhere from 4-48 hours. Mostly the tickets I send in were answered without 24-30 hours.
But I also encountered answers within 2-4 hours. Probably also depends on the timezone one is in.

In the UK so I always allow for that as support is 'office hours' in Canada.

It must have been sales/billing request :) Those take longer, as they're only handled in 'office hours'.
 
I logged it under the 'Licensing' category, perhaps that was my mistake :)

Normally I would not both posting but as the license was not issuing it was a 'server down' type scenario. Thanks all.
