swaping user to another ip

I have installed zend optimizer last week & rebuilded apache today.

the issues i have is next.

I made a test account @ my 2nd ip. & a test account @ my 1st ip. I switched users ip and now I see with the main page op both ips. So basicly the switch is somewhere not writen. I have checked both httpd documents with the ip stated in it but those are correct.

Could this be an named error?

This week I've installed ZendOptimizer(da version). I mailed my hoster about mysql restart&lock problems and about apache problems. They adviced me to rebuild apache.

Beyond that I geus my named services needed time to change a user from 1ip 2 the other ip. +- 30min (strange). (cleared my cache so its was a server delay)
