Sync current configuration to second server

Hello everyone,
currently im using VPS, but i am running out of resources and i need to change to a dedicated server.

Can anyone tell me what is the best method to transfer the entire server configuration with users, content etc from VPS to a Dedicated Server?

Install new system, move users with DA backups, update nameservers point them to new server.

- OK but in this case I need to again install and config litespeed web server etc? or this solution backup also all config and custom plugins install using custom build etc?

no, it not, if they wasn't installed with custombuild. All installed with custombuild can be installed on new server auromatically if you create there /usr/local/directadmin/custombuild/ path and put there options.conf from old server with needed configs - than if you start install new DA and install script will find this config - it will install all according to it.

also there is hard way: move entire OS to new server (better if you can keep IP)
